Choose Filter > Filter Gallery > Paint Daubs (Brush size 11 / Sharpness 1). Move the image to the left.

Select and copy another vertical line from the picture and paste it into a new layer of your document. Scale it horizontally, then hide this layer.

Create a new layer and create vertical lines of different widths and colors (using the rectangle selection tool and choose Edit > Fill)
